How can I track my order?
Tracking your dotPhoto.com order
dotphoto immediately provides an order number and confirms your order by email.
Orders shipped by Economy are just like standard US Post Office letters: the only tracking information available is the day the item was shipped. If you want thorough point-to-point tracking of an order, please choose one of these:
- Express with Tracking
- 2-Day shipping
- Overnight shipping.
Members can track orders by clicking on MyAccount at the top of any page, and choosing Order History under Order Tracking or sign into your account and click here: https://www.dotphoto.com/memorderhistory.asp
Guests can click on Order Tracking at the bottom of any page or click here: https://www.dotphoto.com/GuestOrderDetail.asp
How long should I wait for Economy shipments?
Please allow 10 business days for Economy shipments after production and shipping of the product. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Why does my order say "Failed"?
This does not happen often, but if your orders is marked "Failed," it may have problems with a credit card or with bad images. Please check your email for notices about failed orders or email dotphoto at support@dotphoto.com
