How can I add pages to a dotphoto photo book?

The dotphoto Book Builder has an icon between the page layout and the page list at the bottom. Tap on the icon of the two page layout with the plus sign to add two pages at a time. If there are more than 20 pages, the icon to its right will activate to enable you to remove two pages at a time.
