What is dotphoto's Satisfaction Policy for print orders?
PRINTED MATERIALS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
dotphoto reprints any order of printed material that does not match the quality of the photos submitted, is damaged, or is not received. We may ask you to email photos of the damaged goods or to return the originals so that we can make appropriate adjustments to the printing or shipping process. The dotphoto system provides warnings for photos that are over-cropped or have poor resolution; we cannot guarantee satisfaction for items that are printed without regard to these warnings. Also, we cannot guarantee satisfaction for original photos that are blurry or have poor color. Our mission is to faithfully produce the quality of your original photos.
A NOTE ON SHIPPING
While we will re-ship and sometimes upgrade shipping for items that are not received, we cannot guarantee ship times. Please account for production times when calculating the date that you will receive your goods. Free economy shipping (Club orders over $9.99) may take up to two weeks; if you need an item very quickly, we recommend 2-day or overnight shipping. "Overnight" does not mean that an order will arrive the next day: the order will arrive one business day after it is produced, packaged, and shipped. Overnight and 2nd day orders are only delivered on non-holidays on Monday through Friday.
A NOTE ON PRODUCTION TIMES
Usually 24 to 48 hours, but many prints are made within minutes of ordering. Complex products, especially custom framing and photo books, may take a week to produce. Prints ordered at noon still require packaging, and so will usually ship the next day. For faster shipment, order the night before or first thing in the morning. Production times vary depending on the time of year, business conditions, and the complexity of the product. dotphoto does not guarantee production times. f an order is ready after the carrier pick-up time, the order ship date will be considered as the following day. Overnight and 2nd day orders are only delivered on non-holidays on Monday through Friday.

A NOTE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER
We go to great lengths to provide many options for your customized orders, and to confirm your order on the screen immediately before you submit it. Our customers want to receive their orders as soon as possible, so, once you place your order, it is immediately submitted to a high-volume manufacturing process. Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled. By placing an order, you are saying, "This is the customized item that I would like to receive."
