My cart is not opening. What should I do?

Large carts can take a few moments to open. For instance, a cart with 1500 pictures may take a minute to open on a high-speed line. Please give it a few moments.

There is no absolute limit to the number of photos in a cart, but the system can time out depending on traffic. Generally, 1000 photos in the cart is a good maximum.

Occasionally, a dotPhoto customer will mistakenly add every photo in an account to the cart by choosing Select all at the albums level instead of Select all inside an album. Adding many thousands of photos to the cart can bring the cart to a crawl. 

If you need to clear your cart, use the Clear Cart option under MyAccount.
