If you would like us to take a look at your order before you place it, save it as a project or leave the items in your cart. Then call or email us at orderhelp@dotphoto.com with your particular question or questions. We'll take a look at your cart or project, and ensure that you get what you want.

If you would like help with your order, please do not place it until we have helped you. Once your order is placed, we print it as quickly as possible, so no further changes can be made. Depending on the time of day and the season, we will usually take a look at your order within two hours.
