dotPhoto never removes guest orders.

Guest orders stay in the cart indefinitely, but the browser's cookie is what holds the cart, so if the guest loses their cookie for any reason, the cart is lost. 

If the guest does not allow cookies or clears all cookies, the cart is lost.
