| Program terms are as follows: |

For every new member who places an order, you will earn $9.50, plus the following incentives:
|

- For the number of Sales (orders by new customers) equal to or greater than 100, increase commission by 10%.
- For the number of Sales (orders by new customers) equal to or greater than 500, increase commission by 15%.
- For the number of Sales (orders by new customers) equal to or greater than 1,000, increase commission by 20%.
- A new customer is considered active when the user places an order within 45 days of their initial click.
